Founded by Maguelsi Garza—a certified life coach with over 25 years of educational experience in countries like Thailand, Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.—we focus on improving communication, reducing stress, and fostering positive habits to enhance overall well-being and happiness. Our services include the Family Connection Workshop, which helps families bond through enjoyable activities; specialized programs for seniors that use creative arts to boost mental health and social connections; and workshops for schools and companies aimed at promoting well-being, enhancing communication, and building relationships.
